対話における確認型応答の心理的効果 著者:浅野良雄
Abstract. Misunderstanding in a dialogue causes many troubles among personal relationships. Asano proposes the “dialogue method” which contains a simple “confirmation skill.” This skill is effective to prevent misunderstanding and to increase rapport. In addition to the skill, the “dialogue method” suggests classifying all responses into “confirmative type” and “reactive type.” These new concepts are useful to understand the theory of the “dialogue method” and to acquire “confirmation skill.” This study measured the “feeling” that the two types of responses gave to speakers. The results suggest that the feeling of ”confirmative response” is better and the influence of various factors is less than “reactive response.”
